Why do I love anime?
Anime アニメ
Slowly they are taking over the world, and I can tell you that I’m glad.
I remember that I watched anime for first time when I was 7 or 8 years old. I watched “Digimon”. Shortly after that “Dragon Ball” and famous “Dragon Ball Z”. I always loved to watch them and even now when I’m almost adult. Why?

Well, at first I didn’t know that they are “trademark” of Japan and I categorize them as ordinary cartoons.
I always was admiring Japanese people and their culture. They are so far away from us and has different views on world, their language is so amazing (I even started to learn Japanese), and I was always impressed how they can touch human heart. They are different and maybe weird to some people, and that’s the reason why animes are so unique. Japanese cartoons are so full of emotions and they are so amazing represented in drawings. Watch this clip and you’ll see what I mean. It’s from “Naruto” - episode 19, it’s about Zabuza and Haku. Zabuza was ninja and Haku was his friend. They met when Haku was still kid. Both were fighting with Naruto’s companions against some local gang and when leader of that gang killed Haku, Zabuza revenged him and kill leader, but he was seriously injured and he died. Watch how he died in this clip.
A lot of people would say that this is gay, but I don’t agree. It’s more friendship feeling. Everything is perfect, music, sounds, even language is peaceful, I simply love this scene and I must admit that I cried first time I watched whole episode.
What do you think about this scene?
Also, anime has so amazing stories which never ends and for me they are not so usual. I don’t know how to explain. It’s because they are Japanese and they are unique. All European, American cartoons are all the same and similar but animes are more unique, different and more imaginative.
That’s why I love anime and I will always watch them with joy.
