Orienteering in Block 70

Like I said before, I started to train orienteering this year.

Today I had one more race, in New Belgrade, Blok or Block 70. It was sprint and I needed to run 3,0 km. It wasn’t very hard and because I’m still beginner, I made two small mistakes (on control points number 12 and 17) which cost me some time, but I had 20 minutes at the end. It’s quite good. First one had 14 minutes, so that means just 6 minutes after first one, and if I didn’t make mistakes I’d be even better. I just need more experience and to get some physical form, and I will accomplish that when I get back to waterpolo training at the beginning of June.

Tomorrow I have one more race also here in Belgrade, in Cerak neighborhood, it’s also sprint 2 km long, and I’m hoping for some nice result. We’ll see…

I drove my bike to the Block 70. 21 km from my home, took me about 50 minutes. Captured while driving bike.
